Description: Grab your VR headset and man the tail guns of a World War 2 bomber fending off swarms of attacking fighters then be thrust into the heart of war, defending key positions against waves of incoming enemy forces.

From facing the enemy’s deadliest aerial weapons – rockets, jets and missiles – to manning your machine guns, mortars and cannons against hordes of enemy helicopters, tanks, jeeps and much more you’ll fight on land, on the sea and in the air.

Review: Unlike its Gear VR version, Bandit Six: Combined Arms has a range of gunner style games for you to play and a range of guns to shoot from. Played in a first-person shooter style the idea is to pretty much shoot whatever moves. From tanks to boats, planes to helicopters. They will come from pretty much anywhere and all you get to do is to destroy them.

The good news is this game has some good options as well as a large range of powerups and upgrades to buy from your points earned meaning it has a lot of depth and even more reason to play this game for longer. While at first, you might not like the cartoon style looks there are times when the action gets crazier and it looks and sounds pretty good. It’s just one of those games that grows on you the more you play it.

Bandit Six: Combined Arms is one of those apps that are not only great fun to play, but it also looks pretty amazing with its cartoon style. Once you start to get into this game you soon start to realise just how terrifying it would have been as a gunner in World War. With countless enemies coming from nowhere in a neverending wave it would have been very scary indeed. But to be honest there is no thinking needed with this game at all. Just aim, fire, enjoy! It’s come a long way since it’s days on the Gear VR and is now looking and feeling like a much more polished game.
