Review: This game does take a bit of getting used to, but there is some laughs and the odd interesting storyline if you are willing to stick it out. The announcers certainly made me chuckle a few times as did the cartoons at the start of the game. It’s all very tongue in cheek with a hint of retro goodness thrown in for good measure. Sure, it might sound like a good game idea on paper, but in reality, it simply isn’t. You can say what you like about the game design, that is not it’s the biggest problem. Its main problem is that this is bad for VR and the PSVR as a whole. If games like this keep on getting released with the ‘PS VR Compatible” tag on it, people will soon presume that the PSVR is full of games like this and that is simply not the case.

I’m being a bit harsh here, but only to the VR aspect of this game. Playing it on a 2D screen you might get some smiles out of it and to be fair there really aren’t that many fun/good golf games around, so this fills the gap nicely. Just don’t play it in VR, your stomach will appreciate it if you stay away.
