Our Thoughts: Let’s face it. It was only a matter of time before the porn industry jumped onto the virtual reality wagon. First they started making a few 360 degree adults movies and now they have gone one step further and made their own virtual reality headset and device. The sales pitch says it’s “Hands-free, ninja quiet and ultimately hyper-realistic!” and none of us in the VR Shop office is willing to find out if that is true. (None who would admit to wanting to do so anyway.)
Sure this is an adult device but sex is a massive part of interacting with a virtual world no matter how dark and seedy that world is. We’re sure that this is just the first device of many if they get funded or not.
