Description: Emulated: Pylons VR is the first of the series of VR games designed for mobile devices. The game is set in future when humanity exists in a cyberspace. As an operative, you are assigned a mission to capture communication pylons in a city infested by Vektorbots.
Review: While the graphics themselves are basic, this game has plenty of great gameplay to distract you from thinking about them. With full use of a basic Bluetooth controller, it felt like a dream to play and there was nothing that I found too confusing, even to the point I was doing some tactical strafing. Sure the enemies are a little samey, but the game worlds are bigger than you might think and there is quite a lot of enjoyment to be had just exploring them rather than fighting. Yes, I wished it looked a lot better, but it felt quite immersive for the first few moments and for a free game that is more than I could have asked for.
