Description: Have you ever dreamed about moving things with your mind? What would you do with such power? Here’s what we would do. Esper 2 is a game about using telekinetic powers to solve puzzles. Reprising your role from the previous game, take up your new job as an agent of ESPR, an organization set up to deal with an outbreak of telekinetic powers among citizens. Travel to exotic locations; solve puzzles, discover secrets, stop villainous plots, and fall unconscious multiple times. With an all-star cast, interact with a dynamic array of new characters, voiced by notable actors, Nick Frost, Lara Pulver, and Sean Pertwee, who join Eric Meyers, the esteemed vocal talent from the original game. Solve a wide range of unique and intuitive puzzles, while trying not to aggravate the game’s characters, because they’ll let you know if you do.

Review: Esper 2 is a puzzle game that requires you to use your powers of telekinesis to solve various puzzles and scenario problems. If you thought that sounds good wait to you hear about the all-star voice live up that includes Nick Frost, Lara Pulver, Sean Pertwee and others all used to voice the characters. As I would imagine it would be in real life, controlling the power to move things is not easy at all and at first, you will be flinging things all over the place. But that is all part of the learning curve.

While I had fun with the learning missions, things soon get difficult when you are thrown out onto a mission. In the real world it is not always clear what you can and can’t move with your mind, so often it is a case of trial and error just to find out what you can move, let alone solve the puzzles.

This is a game that requires a steady head, quick reflexes and a puzzle-solving brain. All working together to solve each puzzle. While at first you might struggle with controlling your telekinetic powers, you will soon get used to it. I loved the voices and indeed the graphics and animation. While the puzzles got hard, pretty quick there is a lot of them that will keep you busy for quite a while. Esper 2 is a game that often gets overlooked in the Oculus Home Store, but it really shouldn’t, it’s well worth a download.
