Description: While babysitting her grandchildren one evening, Beatrice fell asleep and they wandered off. Now she must proceed through a world filled with challenging obstacles, puzzling puzzles, and dank memes to be reunited with her little rascals. This is a difficult game, that is not for the faint of heart or stomach. If you think you are up for a challenge, good luck.
Review: Granny’s Grantastic Granventure sees you playing as a wheelchair-bound grandma who is babysitting her grandchildren. But as per usual with elderly folk she has lost them and doesn’t know where they are so granny (played by you) is going on a tour around the house looking for them. You get about with movement to the side of the virtual wheels so effectively pushing yourself along. It’s fun for a little while I suppose, but it soon gets tiring much like pushing yourself around in a real wheelchair I would imagine. But it is the nausea of falling down the holes and off the side of things that will make you feel ill here.
OK, so this isn’t a terrible game and there is some fun to be found here, but not at the current asking price of £7.19, there just isn’t enough content to justify that price. But for a few quid, you get a fun obstacle course style of game played in a different way to the norm. Just be warned the motion sickness in the game is VERY high indeed.
