Review: Moto Racer 4 is all about motorcycle sports ranging from motocross to asphalt street racing bikes, with over 100 racing and stunt challenges to choose from this is a game that will test your driving skills to a whole new level. You get to choose from 10 riders (you can customise each rider), 18 race tracks set in 3 large open environments (with challenges, time trials, championships and single races in each) and there is also local multiplayer and 2 player online multiplayer modes to keep you amused.

The VR aspect of this game places you in the driver’s view, which when played right (like sat straddling a chair backwards) gives you the incredible feeling of riding a motorcycle at high speed, only without the risk of injury. Controls are via a Dualshock controller and pretty basic in nature, which does at least make the learning curve easy to climb. There is no denying that Moto Racer 4 is one heck of a motor racing game, but the VR element of it was needless and dare I say cheapens the game significantly. This is a good example of why you can’t simply attach a VR mode to any game, it simply doesn’t work and just leads to you getting motion sickness and fair play, this game will make just about anyone feel nauseous! Is it a good game? Yes! But just not much cop in VR.
