Pierhead Arcade 2 is the sequel to the popular indie VR arcade simulator released as a launch title for the HTC Vive. Following that trend, we’re releasing Pierhead Arcade 2 as a launch title for the Valve Index and features the use of the new Index Controllers. Other headsets and controllers are supported and buttons can be remapped where button parity doesn’t match the Index.

Review: There is something inside Pierhead Arcade 2 that should be for everyone. From the most skilled at these sea-side carnival games to the VR novice. Then wrap that all up with some multiplayer, social chat options and you have a great game featuring lots of different mini-games and it packaged in the right price point. If you loved the original you will enjoy this version. Also if you do just so happen to have Valve Index Controllers this game makes good use of them, but it is not a necessary item. While it isn’t a vast improvement over the original it is very much more of the same and that is OK with me.
