Final Verdict: Most Asus phones before the ASUS ZenFone AR have been lacklustre, to say the least, but Asus have turned their fortunes around with this phone. Sure, some people might say its overpriced, but in the world of VR and AR it is truly a king and still is. While I can’t say AR apps and games have taken off they soon could do and this phone can deal with most things developers can throw at it. This was one of the very first Google Daydream phones and even today it holds its head high and even rules over most modern day smartphones when it comes to AR.
