Oculus Rift S Review

Oculus Rift S lets you play hundreds of games and exclusives already available in the Oculus store, with so much more to come. Stare down the competition with next-generation lenses and a sharper display. Improved optics deliver bright, vivid colours and reduced “screen-door” effect. Keep your head in the game thanks to a halo headband redesigned with speed in mind. Rift S stays securely and comfortably in place with a quick twist of the fit wheel, so it can take or double take-your fastest reactions. Take a step forward with Oculus Insight. It translates your movements into VR no matter which way you’re facing and provides room-scale tracking without external sensors.

Is The Oculus Rift S Worth Buying?

If you already own an Oculus Rift this really shouldn’t be seen as any sort of upgrade. Sur,e it has internal tracking which is a bonus, but in terms of experience and viewing quality it really isn’t anything more than the original Rift. If you plan on getting an Oculus Rift I would go for this one for sure as it saves a lot of setting up time. On the whole, there really isn’t anything wrong with the headset, it is just there isn’t much improvement with it neither.
