Features Review: Sadly this is where it falls flat on its face and shows just how out of date it already is. This was once the cutting edge of pocket VR design, but these days others offer so much more like adjustable pupil distance and focus adjustments. Having said that, none that we have reviewed before the Speck have managed to match the quality that this device offers.

Final Verdict: I find myself being torn between my brain and my eyes here. On the one hand, the Speck VR truly is a premium pocket-friendly headset. Well, that is what my eyes tell me anyway. But my brain, on the other hand, is telling me that it is over priced, under featured and doesn’t offer anyone value for money. I think that provided you don’t mind spending the extra money and you have a compatible smartphone and you like your mobile VR pocket-friendly, this is the one you just have to go for. But for anyone else that doesn’t fall into that criteria, best stay clear of it.
