First Impressions: While I was happy with the build quality and the design of the FPV car itself I wasn’t so impressed with the FPV goggles. It was pretty clear from the start that they were not going to be great quality and sadly that was indeed the case. But at least the car has a camera mount which means it might not be so bad at all.

Final Verdict: There are only two things that really let this FPV car down. The first and the biggest issue is that it runs on batteries and should have been a monster-sized battery pack. Driving around, moving the camera and broadcasting that camera to the display takes a lot and even on brand new, top of the range batteries it barely lasted 20 minutes! The other issue is the quality of the display goggles. It’s just nowhere near good enough to be a stand-alone item and should have been done via a smartphone and app. But even with those fatal flaws this is still a great toy and suitable for anyone wanting to get into FPC RC toys or someone modifying RC robots as it has all the parts you need. Sure, it is a pretty expensive toy, but its an awful lot of fun in FVP mode. Just make sure you grab yourself a set of rechargeable batteries, you will need them!
