Overall Packaging Presentation: The VRGO comes nicely packaged, with a nice looking blue and white box, then inside of that the headset comes in a plastic case to keep it safe. With both the sturdy looking box and the plastic case, there is no reason that it shouldn’t get to you in on piece.

Whats in the box…

  • Microfiber Cloth
  • Carry Case
  • Cleaning Wipe

First Impressions: Once again we are looking at a headset with a folding design. The design looks pretty good and it seems to be sturdy enough. While the cheap rubber body is not up to much, the housing case seems to be pretty sturdy and lightweight. Overall, quite a compact looking and well-made design.

Features Review: It is a joy to get a screen touch button on this model as it seems to be missing from a lot of the headsets we have reviewed as of late. With independently adjustable pupil distance and large clear lenses, it looks pretty good when it comes to features and of course, let us not forget its compact folding design.

Final Verdict: I have to wonder what is the point in these folding mobile VR headsets!? After all, there are plenty of pocket-friendly small ones to choose from, these ‘compact’ folding headset are only good if you have pockets like a professional shoplifter! Having said that, ignoring the folding aspect, this is a pretty good headset with some nice features that will make someone very happy. But sadly that person is not me.
