Overall Packaging Presentation: Arriving in a strong looking white box, it has a design diagram of the headset and the logo in reflective silver. This all goes into making it looks like a very exciting product. Inside the headset is well laid out and presentable, being nested inside a cardboard cradle. Even if the headset is rubbish, it’s been nicely presented which makes it already better than many other mobile VR headsets.

Whats in the box…

  • Microfiber Cloth
  • Instruction Booklet
  • Screw Headstrap

First Impressions: At first, I thought it was nothing more than a clone of the Baofeng Mojing 4 and sure enough it does borrow a lot of inspiration from it. But looking a little deeper at it, it starts to become very apparent that this headset is much better than the Mojing 4. Betting in build, better in quality and better in features. But sadly it does suffer from some of the same problems. The same head strap system that doesn’t really work, the same backwards heavy point of balance and the same overall heavy build (mostly thanks to the head strap system).

Features Review: With built-in earphones, adjustable pupil distance, adjustable focus distance, large clear lenses and a screw adjustable head strap, this headset has a lot going for it. Sadly the view adjustments are not independently adjustable, and it doesn’t have a screen touch button. But what it does have all goes towards giving you a great mobile VR experience.

Final Verdict: The WOSPORTS 3D VR feels as if it’s the headset the Baofeng Mojing 4 should have been given that it’s almost double the price of this one. It just seems to have the right things and been made from the right stuff. The head strap is more adjustable making it more comfortable and the lenses are much better quality, it’s simply a great headset all over. While not flawless (mostly due to it being so heavy) it’s well worth the money.
