Description: Singularity is a motion graphic experience that creates an abstract, geometric and colorful representation of how a superhuman intelligence would rapidly evolve to make sense of the world around it, starting with the most basic concepts and walking towards a horizon beyond human understanding.

This experience aims to expand the limits of graphic design taking advantage of VR technology, exploring the use of typography, color and shapes inside infinite, open spaces and its implications in data visualization.

Review: Singularity is a non-interactive motion graphic experience that used visuals, sounds and even typography to take you on a trip through the possible. This app is not so much about what it is like it’self, it is more about the possibilities VR could bring. From using typography and colour to make someone feel an emotion to the sounds and graphics making them feel immersed. There is little to do with this app other than sitting back and enjoy the sights and sounds.

Singularity is a trip that takes you through someone’s artwork. This is not some quick 360 animation or video, it has real depth and at times can feel strangely immersive. It’s as if the sounds and visualisations suck you into them somehow. While this is not for everyone, at least it is free if you feel like checking it out.
