VR Guest (Oculus Rift)

Intro: Would you like to sit with Albert Einstein as he tells you what inspired him, at age four, to want to discover revolutionary theories of the universe? Do you have a question for Kleopatra, Queen of the Nile, whose story was told only by her enemies, the Romans? Do you wonder how Mozart found inspiration for his masterpieces? Immersed in VR Guest, he will tell you himself.

Verdict: VR Guest is the chance to sit around a table and listen to the talk that some of the worlds greatest minds would possibly have. Albert Einstein, Kleopatra and even Mozart all have a chat with each other in a fact-filled, light conversational way. With some great educational content and good voice acting, I found the tone of the conversion happening in front of me to be interesting if a little ruined by the poor animation. Someone out there somewhere will find this a fascinating, educational use of VR that they can sit down and watch for hours (because that is how much content there is!) but that person isn’t me and I found myself getting rather bored. But I do appreciate someone trying something new in VR.
