Description: A Haunting: Witching Hour is a storytelling VR/Non-VR Experience of dark horror and desperate survival. An immersive experience finds players discovering – and taking part in – a rich story that explores the dark corners of human nature. It will unfold in episodes, giving players the opportunity to continue to unravel a complex mystery through downloadable content that picks up where the previous episode’s cliffhanger left off.

The little town of Shady Hollow is known for dark legends of centuries past. The most famous of these is the legend of the Hollow Creek Witch. Some believe she is a legend, others believe something else. However, everyone will discover that there may be more truth than fiction to the legend of the Hollow Creek Witch–and something darker than death itself.

Review: As a VR horror game ‘A Haunting: Witching Hour’ does what it needs to do. Its dark, scary and keeps you immersed from start to finish. But these days I expect more from a horror game even when I am only paying £3.99 for it. As per usual with so many Vr horror games it is way too dark for its own good which is made even more annoying by the fact of when you do get a good look at the graphics they are pretty good! But it is content amount that means this game doesn’t get my recommendation. When there is only 10 minutes of content you really shouldn’t be paying anything as even the smallest of fees makes the game seem over-priced. Maybe if you can grab this for less than a quid it will be worth a look, but I wouldn’t hold your breath.
