Review: ‘Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond’ sure is a game of two halves. On the one side, it is an OK action shooter that takes place over lots of missions with some great action scenes to sink your teeth into. It has to be said that this is pretty much the same game as the PCVR version. While the graphics are not quite as good it still has all the content from the original game. But when it comes down to the gameplay there really isn’t anything here you haven’t seen before, dare I say it has quite limited interactions.

There is enough content here to justify the asking price and that stands even if you don’t play the multiplayer side of things with almost 9 hours of single-player content. Most people will find themselves loving this game, but what they won’t like is the controls and the lack of interactions, it feels too hurried as if they don’t want you to pay attention to the game too closely. If you like the Medal of Honor games this might not be the game you want, but it will certainly do in the meanwhile.
