Review: When it comes to dogfighting flight sims there really isn’t that many good games out there which for VR is a surprise to me because I thought there would have been loads of flight sims all fighting for our attention. So it comes as a nice surprise to discover Ace Academy: Black Flight is a pretty good game and has some classic dogfighting action and all done with a gamepad to make it even more enjoyable. While the graphics are not amazing, there are more than good enough and keep the WWI theme throughout. While I could moan about the missions being a little short, there is at least a lot of them which kind of counteracts their own shortness. For a couple of quid, this is well worth a download if you like this style of game. Just be warned, you will need your VR legs because it can be nauseating, but then again real dogfighting in a bi-plane would be just the same!
