Description: Audioshield is the music game for your entire music collection. Just download your songs using the Quest’s Browser, launch Audioshield, and play with your own music! It also comes with 20 great songs ready to go.

Experience your entire music collection in VR. Audioshield puts you at the point of impact for every hit in your music. Beats glide in slowly for mellow parts of songs, then ramp up for intense parts of songs with cross-body, double-shield, and high-altitude hits.

Review: Audioshield was a good attempt at an earlier version of Beat Saber, but nowhere near as good. While the gameplay is fun and you can immerse yourself in the music you love, the beats don’t feel as good to hit as they do in Beat Saber. Each orb hit feels empty and lacks a connection to the music you are listening to. But this isn’t Beat Saber and came well before it, so you have to give this game at least a little bit of credit for that. This is one game to pick up in a sale for nostalgic purposes, but do be aware music rhythm games have moved on in VR and this will seem a little dated even on the Quest.
