Description: Cloudborn is set in another world and another time. It’s a place of wonder and awe but also melancholy and loneliness. What do you do when a civilization has dug too deep and taken more than its share and left you to carry the burden of responsibility?

Cloudborn is an immersive learning Virtual Reality experience of humanity’s insatiable greed and our inability to learn from our mistakes. The game’s world is not our own, but its fate could still be.

Review: Cloudborn is a small adventure game that will see you climbing, pulling on weird ball things and generally exploring the virtual world. The good news is that the world looks good and while low-polygon it still looks good enough to immerse you. There is an interesting story to follow along with and plenty of things to climb and explore all at your own pace. While I did find myself finishing the game in just under an hour I did spend a while just taking my time and looking about, so you can probably finish it in just over 30-40 minutes. That doesn’t bode well given the high £10.99 asking price. The good news is this is still worth a look if you can get it for a super-low price. But I personally wouldn’t pay anything more than a quid or two.
