Description: In Cop Academy, 4 to 8 players take on different challenges to earn points for their team and pass the academy’s final exam. Only one team will get to join the ranks of the prestigious Ottawa Police Department. And eat lots of doughnuts in the process.

Each team takes turns in sending one of its champions to take on crazy fun challenges in VR. 5 quick trials of 20 seconds each will test your speed and dexterity. However, an officer never works alone. You will need the help of your teammates who have access to critical information on their PC display or TV. Cooperation is the key, so stay focused and communicate as much as you can.

Review: While at its heart ‘Cop Academy’ is a party game for up to 8 players you can at least play it on your own (but of course the game is much more fun with more players). It is a series of mini-games in which you will be trying to do all sorts of “cop school” kind of things. So shooting targets, defusing bombs and even trying to get food out of the vending machine. While the graphics are VERY basic the gameplay keeps things fun and simple which I liked, especially if you need to play with people new to VR. It is at least free which does help when it comes to recommending this game as without online play, only local multiplayer it might have been a struggle. If you have friends this is well worth a look, but without them you will struggle to have fun here.
