Review: Cosmic Chef is an odd mixture of games all wrapped up in an even weirder storyline hosted by even weirder characters! There is no denying it, this game could make anyone smile at least once. Sadly that smile soon fades to boredom as you realise the gameplay is very shallow and there really isn’t much to do in the game other than holding your controller in a straight line. Sure, there is some variety in the little “bonus games” but its little more than the same thing you were doing anyway, just on a table. To be fair it looks great, has some fun characters and funny voice acting as well as. It’s literally just the gameplay that lets this game down. Sadly when it comes to it being a game that is the most important bit. Despite those flaws, I do still recommend giving it a download, but I will suggest waiting for a sale as the current price is still a little high for me (it was much higher!).
