Description: Cosmos Crash – The first person shooting & puzzle VR game of Viriver Studio is now online. In this game, you’ll be a space pilot with your ship trapped by orbits in the depths of the vast universe. By firing high-tech marbles, you need to make matches of three or more same-coloured marble in the orbit before it reaches your ship. This early access version contains 10 different orbits waiting for you, think fast and aim smart to solve these problems!

Review: Cosmos Crash VR is a game that has gone under many other names before. Zuma, Marble Trails, Sparkle and much, much more. But you have never played a marble popper game quite like this before. Set in the depths of the universe, you play the role of a trapped Space Battleship Knight who needs to escape by firing artillery shells via space gun, destroy the-same-coloured marbles in the orbit. So yeah, a marble shooter, only done in VR!

The idea is as simple as always, you need to get 3 or more in a row. You do this by shooting a coloured marble at a set of two or more marbles of the same colour. Of course, there is combos, power-ups like freeze, colour change and bomb and even combos to be done. Looks, shoot, look, shoot! Only do it as fast as you can with the trail of the balls constantly getting in your way of getting the coloured ball you want.

If you really like your marble popper games this will blow you away, but it is a genre of game that doesn’t really gain anything from being in VR. Sure it’s fun, yes it looks amazing and the controls are spot on, but it could just as easily be played on a 2D screen and still be the same fun to play game. I have played enough of these types of games over my years to have seen it all before, but out of all them, this looked the best. Not exactly a VR exclusive, but still a pretty good game.
