Review: ‘Counter Fight ICHIRAN’ is a noodle-based virtual chef style game in which you will be trying to knock up as many bowls of noodles as fast as you can, but of course as the games goes on it gets more and more manic. It should be noted here that “Ichiran” is a well-known brand in tonkotsu ramen, so think McDonald’s only with noodles) – thus this game is little more than a giant advert for the company. But the good news is its not a terrible advert at all, in fact, it is fun to play and it mostly looks good, but it really should have been free given the advertorial nature of the game. While I don’t suggest anyone pays £10.99 for this, it is worth grabbing in a sale if you enjoy this genre of game.
