Description: It’s a VR action roguelike with a focus on melee combat and all kinds of abilities. Use more than just swords for fighting. Collect and use all kinds of abilities that can be activated with your gestures.
Review: There are things I like about ‘Fantasy Dungeon VR’ and things that need to be vastly improved. This low-poly Dungeon Crawler sees you raiding randomly generated dungeons to find loot and upgrade your sword of which you can hold up to 8 gesture-based abilities. so a circle, a flick of the sword, things like that. The problem is you will find yourself seeing the same things over and over, the same enemies, the same traps and corridors, there simply isn’t enough variety as of yet. Sadly the £10.29 price tag only leaves you feeling even more disappointed because there is no way I could recommend this at that price point. But if it was half that or less I would have. There are some good ideas here and I can easily see this being worth the download one day, but for now, it is best to hold off and wait for the game to grow a little. or get a lot cheaper.
