Review: The original ‘Flotilla’ game wasn’t a VR game, so that will explain why we have jumped straight into Flotilla 2. This is a very basic looking space battle strategy game in which you will try to defeat the other side using your different types of ships and manoeuvring them into place. I have to say this was clearly made for VR and it feels pretty good to play. I also like the basic gameplay style to the 100+ missions and I found myself learning the controls and system relatively quickly. The lack of a main storyline or campaign mode is missed, so is the lack of multiplier, but I still feel this is worth a look at the right price. It’s not going to be for everyone, but I enjoyed it and I am not a fan of this genre.
