Review: I have to admit, it is kind of hard not to like ‘Gem Hunter’. While graphically it looks as if it was made on the N64 it has an odd sense of adventure and freedom rarely seen in many other games. While some will find the free moving hover-cart a little too much I liked the freedom it offered. The only real pain I can find with this game is that it is WAY too short. With a max of 15 minutes of gameplay there just isn’t enough here to justify the £4.79 asking price. But I really do want to recommend it for the concept of the game, not to much the game itself. So do grab it in a sale as this is one game I would have loved to have grown much bigger.
