Use your hands for dozens of levels of crowd controlling puzzle action!

Review: Gnomelings: Migration is a puzzle-platformer much like the classic Lemmings game only in 3D and featuring Gnomes instead of Lemmings. The objective of the game is pretty simple, you need to guide your gnomes through a number of obstacles to a designated exit. The more that reach the exit the better. The good news is you can give them all powers like a parachute, direct traffic or even turn them to stone to sabotage deathtraps in the Gnome migration path!

Sure it sounds a little silly, but this is a challenging puzzler that does require a lot of thinking power in the later levels. Using the Touch Controller you can select a Gnome to do a number of things. From Jumping to pointing in the direction you want other Gnomes to travel in. Sadly there is no tutorial, but you will soon get the hang of the controls without one. All you have to do is guide at least a certain percentage of the gnomes from the entrance to the exit by clearing or creating a safe passage through the landscape. Chaos will happen, it’s just a matter of when.

Sure it sounds a little silly, but this is a challenging puzzler that requires a lot of thinking power in the later levels. While maybe a little too cute for the eyes, this is a lovable game that will crack a few smiles. If you enjoy games like the classic Lemmings and Fly to KUMA you will enjoy this one. While nothing original, sometimes it is nice to see the classic remastered in a new way and this is one of those times.
