Review: When it comes to ‘GP Bikes’ it is a game most people are not really going to understand nor appreciate. This Gamepad only game is designed to be a ‘realistic motorcycle simulator’ and when it comes to handling that is true. This is not a game that you will jump into nor enjoy for the first 5 hours of playing it, but if you persevere and learn the handling of your chosen bike you will appreciate the work that has been put into this game and indeed the £19.49 price tag.

The problem is most people will only see the basic level of graphics and the poor handling of the game and not be bothered to look into the complexities it offers. Sure, the VR side of things sucks arse and is nothing more than a bolt-on, but you still get that feeling of speed even if you can’t grip the handlebars. While I don’t feel I can recommend this game right now given enough time I can see it growing into something worth owning. But that time is not now.
