VR News: Most people will probably not know this, but in 2017 there was talk of a Halo VR game from 343 Industries. While this game never bore fruit it has now been revealed in a tweet from “Rebs Gaming” that work on that said game got pretty far down the line with a working prototype and some pretty interesting features like a Jetpack and palm Cortana. Our Thoughts: While it looks like a lot of work was done I am simply not convinced by the video of it working as it does look more like a VR mod than anything else. I would personally love to see Halo in VR and drive a Warthog around the place it is simply never going to happen with the current number of VR users. Yes, maybe one day it will happen, but for now, you can still enjoy the game with a VR mod anyway. Sure, it’s not perfect, but it is probably as good as it gets.
