Review: ‘HOPE VR: Emotional Intelligence Assistant’ is supposed to be a relaxation and breathing assistance app that takes you away from it all with magical locations and dream-like flying whales. Only this app offers only flying pigs and anger. The app itself has some good potential and I do like the look of the few locations it offers, but the voice only command system is nothing short of an epic fail. Most of the time you end up shouting at it just for it to hear you, then it won’t do what you asked it to do! Then there are the “unlockable” areas meaning you have to stay in the same one for a very long time doing various breathing tasks. If they got rid of the voice commands and allowed us to simply enjoy the locations I would have given this app a recommendation, but at the moment I simply can’t recommend it all due to the voice-only operation.
