Joy Lab (Google Daydream)
Intro: It’s every child’s dream to have a personal playhouse. A place to play and experiment, a place where imagination reigns and creativity shines. Joy Lab makes this dream come true. It’s a virtual laboratory where you can build machines, set up experiments, and launch fireworks, all while solving fun puzzles. In Joy Lab, breaking stuff is not allowed—it’s mandatory!
Verdict: It has been on many systems and no matter what VR system you play it on Jay Lab is pure joy to play. At first, it can be a little frustrating and to the first-look eyes it might seem like the game isn’t working right due to the lack of manoeuvrability through depth of the Daydream motion controller. But you soon work out it is all a matter of the shadows and will start to fly through the levels. While I feel the learning curve is steep, there is at least a hint system to give you a chance. With over 60 levels, many of which you will be stuck on for quite a while I feel this game offers fantastic value for money and it a ‘must download’ for any puzzle game fans.
