Review: Sadly the odds of getting a full Jurassic Park/World game on the Oculus Go are next to zero, so it gives me pleasure to tell you Jurassic Island is good enough to carry that torch for them. With some pretty good graphics and the large game world, it’s a game that really does make you feel like you are on an adventure on a dinosaur-filled island. Sadly the gameplay is not as big as its graphics and grandeur suggest. With no real strategy involved, no storyline to talk about its just dinosaur hunting for cash! With a pretty high price tag (and additional costs for the “watch”) I just feel that it doesn’t offer the best value for money. Yes, it looks great, the freedom of movement is very welcome and some people might well be playing it for hours on end. But that person sadly isn’t me and I found it getting repetitive far too quickly. With no storyline driving me along I wasn’t waiting for that next step, that next thing to keep me interested.
