Description: Kinese is a chill, meditative experience made specifically for VR. There’s no score, no enemies to kill and no overt goal. Try to discover how you can influence the world around you, what rules surround that influence and what the ultimate limits of those rules are. Kinese explores concepts of wonder, scale and awe, and how these can be conveyed through the medium of Virtual Reality.

Review: Kinese is an interactive experience that is supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable. The idea is pretty simple. You start by moving a small green cube around seemingly with the power of telekinesis (hence the title of the app) then you can start to move more and more things around as your “powers” get stronger until you are moving the walls away. This is of course all done with the motion controllers and while there are no hands displayed, its still the same thing over and over. No different environments, no goals, no…well…nothing! Someone else might find this relaxing, but that person wasn’t me. But at least it is free I suppose so we can all try it for ourselves.
