Description: Lavender is a community-driven social sandbox centred around users expressing themselves and having a great time. We want our users to be able to create and share their ideas in an easy and intuitive manner. We support both VR and Desktop players together on the same server. We are working hard to make sure you can create exactly what you imagine with ease. Personal expression is one of the cornerstones of VR. In order to satisfy this requirement, we pack a full customizable avatar system with outfits, physics, gestures and visemes.

Review: If I had to sum up ‘Lavender’ is just a few words those words would have to be “poor mans VR Chat”. In fact, as you register and get into the game you will notice a LOT of things from VR chat that seems to have been ported in. But this is a cold, empty world with none of the social elements you get from many other apps of its kind. Ignoring the missing social element the app it not exactly fun to play with on its own. Yet it costs a massive £15.49 which I can promise you it is not worth. In fact, there are plenty of apps (like VR Chat) that are free, making this kind of pointless.

Look…there was clearly a big dream with ‘Lavender’ to make this fun community of builders and players. It sadly didn’t work out thus making this as dead as they come. Unless it becomes free and a large community of players jump onto it there is no way this app could ever be worth recommending. That might sound a little harsh, but it is just the truth.
