Review: ‘Little Island’ is a virtual pet game in which you have to feed, pet and look after various pets. All I got to see was a kitten and puppy and to be fair they do look as cute as a button with pretty good fur textures. But there is so little content in this game I have to question what on earth you are paying for. Sure, there are apparently other pets (I have no idea how to unlock these), but with only feeding, petting and playing you will soon get bored of them. If this game was free or just a few quid I might have suggested it for the little ones, but when it costs £11.39 full-price there is simply no way I can recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other free virtual pets apps out there, so try those before even thinking about grabbing this.
