Description: It’s 2049, deep space, on a corporate-run prison. An explosion within not only sets you free, but it also sets rolling a series of events that changes everything.

Review: ‘Prisoner 518’ is an interesting spin on the classic puzzle room genre in which you play the role of a prisoner trying to break out of prison, only it is located in space, so expect a lot of nausea and crazy moments in which things get sucked out into the cold darkness of space. The gameplay itself is free moving and done in an escape room style, so solving puzzles and looking for clues is what you will be doing. While the game is low-poly I found myself getting into the game and feeling quite immersed in the space-prison setting. Sadly the controls are the worst thing about this game, with a locked forward movement meaning if you physically turn around you will still move forward and backwards while facing sideways which will make you feel instantly ill. And the lack of content is the final nail in this game for me. YOu don’t get anywhere near enough content nor quality to justify the £15.49. I will still recommend you grab this in a sale but do try and hold off until it is a good one.
