Overall Packaging Presentation: The Fibrum Pro is a master class of presentation. From the colourful outer sleeve featuring all the information and compatibility information you will need. And it doesn’t stop there, take the out sleeve off and you are presented with a magnet fastened box and inside of that is thick padding and the headset nested inside of it. This is a box that could take a real bashing on it’s way to you and the headset inside would be fine.
Whats in the box…
- Microfiber Cloth
- Instruction Booklet
- Fibrum Premium Blub Card
- Thank You Card
First Impressions: Holding it in my hands for the first time I can’t help but notice how small and perfectly formed it is. This is a headset that doesn’t have anything extra, it’s designed to give you the best mobile VR experience and nothing else. This means it’s really lightweight and once placed on your head you will forget it was there which can only lead to much better immersion than a lot of other headsets.

Features Review: While it doesn’t have any pupil or distance adjustments, it does have a strong body, good quality 3 point headset that is also adjustable, high-quality proprietary lenses and easy phone loading system. This is a headset lacks a little bit of functionality but screams quality instead.

Final Verdict: The Fibrum Pro cuts out all the chit-chat of adjustable this, movable that and just does what it is supposed to do. Once this headset is on your head you will forget it was there and that is the perfect scenario. It’s so light, comfortable and immerse you can tell this is a headset made by people who know all about mobile VR. Their apps are considered some of the very best mobile VR experiences and this headset is no different. Plus you get some of those amazing apps free with the headset thanks to the Fibrum Premium Club.
Some people might point to the lack of adjustable features, but if your eyes work fine with a non-adjustable Google Cardboard headset, you will be fine here as well. Sure it does have a premium price, for it offers you a premium experience. Once you put this headset on you almost instantly forget you are wearing it and that is not an experience you get with 99% of other headsets. We have had to wait a long time to review this headset, but it was well worth it in the end.
