“…as good as virtual reality headset get.”

The Oculus Rift Crescent Bay (DK3) has a range of features that improve over the first 2 Dev Kits. But let’s get this first point out of the way, it was never for sale. At the moment, there are only a few of these around, but the good news is it is essentially the same as the public release kit that is due out. Let us tell you, this is as good as virtual reality headset get.

Oculus keep telling people they just want to get it right before releasing a consumer version headset. But this might well be a case of them delaying things a little too long. After all, the Samsung Gear VR is out and look amazing, and some other big name headset are almost at the release stage. Let’s hope that Oculus don’t delay too long and get forgotten in the VR storm.
