“This is a high spec, professional style…”

It seems Sony has been rather busy in their R&D labs, as they are working on Project Morpheus and not they are turning to augmented reality with this product called “SmartEyeglass” (bit of a play on Google glass if you ask me.) Very much the same as Google Glass, just pair it with your Android smartphone and it will show information from the phone screen on the glasses AR projection. Showing information relevant to your surroundings and life.

Its full name is SmartEyeglass Developer Edition SED-E1, but that’s a bit of a mouthful, but its name does suggest exactly what you are getting. This is a high spec, professional style pair of glasses tech and it’s the stuff of Sci-Fi dreams. Using Holographic waveguide technology, unlike Google Glass it doesn’t display in front of your glasses, the lenses themselves act as a display!
