Overall Packaging Presentation: With its sleek looking black cardboard box and shiny image of the headset on top, it certainly looks the part.Removing the outer sleeve you are presented with another black cardboard box, only this time with no image. Inside is nothing special with our headset being wrapped in bubble paper, but at least it arrived in one piece with no noticeable knocks or bumps.

Whats in the box…

  • Extra Padding Tiles
  • Microfiber Cloth

VR Play

First Impressions: Maybe it is because we have had so many good quality headsets through the door lately that I thought the headset felt a little heavy out of the box. But what I did welcome was the sturdiness of it. I will always prefer a slightly heavier headset that feels secure (especially when you have an expense phone inside of it) to one that is lighter, but feels like your phone might fall out of it at any moment.

Features Review: While it doesn’t have any groundbreaking features what it has got is more than adequate for a good VR experience. With pupil and focus adjustment (none of which are independent) and a removable front panel for AR apps it has most thing covered. It could have done with a magnet button, but for some reason, most headsets don’t seem to come with it.
