Description: Imagine you are a detective in the future, with the best surveillance system ever developed. You can reconstruct crime scenes in virtual reality, move freely and manipulate the time to carry out your investigations. In our first VR project – Quanero VR, we’ve introduced a time manipulation device for a VR-Story. It’s time to go one step further. Now, it’s not just about watching the story, but actively seeking for decisive events and connect these to a causal network of evidence in order to prove accusations, or to refute them. To achieve that, we have developed a new storytelling concept which is tied to a game mechanic.
Review: ‘Quanero 2 – System Release’ is a crime scene investigation experiences based over a few time-zones. In fact, despite this being a free game it has a surprising amount of content that took me well over an hour to finish and that is more than many paid games! But that is more surprising than the amount of content is the quality of that said content and this looks pretty good and even has an interesting storyline to tie all the scenes together. If you want something cool to play that will get the brain working this is well worth a look. In fact, I think they are selling themselves a little short by not charging for it.
