Description: Quest for Runia is a VR exploration puzzle shooter. A relaxing game for the entire family. Similar to the classic Match-3 and bubble shooter, you have to break 3D structures by combining at least three cubes of the same colour. Try to figure out the most effective way to finish each level.

Review: While there isn’t a whole lot wrong with ‘Quest for Runia’ there isn’t much right with it neither. You see, its little more than a 3D match-3 style game. While you do play it with a motion controller you could just as easily play it with a mouse on a 2D screen. It looks OK I suppose with some good colours and interesting environments, but it doesn’t benefit from being in VR at all which does put me off recommending it. Don’t get me wrong, I am not saying this is a bad game at all, in fact it is good fun to play for a match-3 game, but what I am saying is this game isn’t worth £7.19 and it isn’t anything that stands out. Do consider grabbing it for pennies in a cheap bundle of games, but don’t pay much more than that.
