VR News: When you think of Fibrum you might think of their pretty good VR headset, or maybe their games like the Fibrum coster and cinema. Well, you might have thought they have sunk into oblivion like many other early VR adoption companies, but that is not the case. They have just secured $1 million of funding to launch their Desirum VR platform that they say “has a potential of changing the VR content distribution market.” I’m not sure if it will, but it sure has a good company backing it up and when it comes to VR Fibrum know their stuff!

My Thoughts on this Story: While some people think their headset was a little overpriced I personally liked it and I especially like the software they make. This can only be good news so long as they don’t forget their mobile VR roots and bring Desirum VR to Oculus Go and the Gear VR. They have a pretty good back catalogue anyway so it will be interesting to see who else they can bring into the fold. This is something that is definitely worth keeping an eye on.
