Rift Coaster was one of the first VR coasters and with the Steam release you can now experience the game in an improved version. Running on the Unreal Engine 4, Rift Coaster not only brings new features and tweaks to the visuals and gameplay – but also if you have the HTC VIVE, Oculus Rift, or another OS VR device you can enjoy the game as it now works with the latest VR hardware.
Review: While many new to VR won’t remember it for me Rift Coaster has a special place in my heart because it was one of the very first VR costers that also made me fall in love with the genre and so I was bound to enjoy ‘Rift Coaster HD Remastered VR’. Having said that, unless you get nostalgic jitters from riding it you will probably think it is way over-priced because of how short it is. Sadly these days people expect a lot more for even a small price so this does feel a little dated in content amount. But I still loved it and think it is well worth the £0.79 asking price.
