Description: You are taken on a VR track ride through the island of the goddess, letting the music and visuals slowly take hold and immerse you in the story. Best experienced while sitting, but can also be done standing. Includes psychedelic visuals, dreamy landscapes, and 3D sound design.

She has been calling for you day after day… Entranced, you’ve taken your canoe out on the rough ocean waters in hopes of finding her, but after hours of paddling a storm has begun to swiftly come on. You’ve accepted your fate and now await being pulled down into the depths as punishment for your foolishness. Then out of the haze of the torrential downpour, the sky begins to open up, shining down a deep purple light revealing a mysterious island not too far off in the distance. You quickly head towards the shore to avoid capsizing…

Review: While it looks like some sort of short adventure game ‘Sacred Siren’ is in fact a 16-minute long music video experience in which you can walk along a path by looking in the right direction, or you can look elsewhere and enjoy the scenery. I personally enjoy these types of experience and feel this one is well worth a look. The visuals and the music are perfect together and there is a touch of art thrown in for good measure. Sure, it’s not going to be for everyone, but it is free for those who want to give it a go (which I suggest you do).
