Samurai Chef (Google Daydream)
Intro: Welcome to the world dominated by the art of sword. Even if you are a restaurant chef… Especially if you are a restaurant chef! It’s time to grab a katana and slice as fast as you can to make excellent dishes. You won’t be alone in the kitchen, but be ready to kick, punch and slap your lazy helpers!
Verdict: Samurai Chef is arcade style VR fun at its best. With easy to learn controls and no complicated menus or options, it’s easy to play, looks great and it’s sure to dish up good value for money. OK, so it’s not exactly original and there are indeed many Fruit Ninja clones in VR, but none that look this good and not many at all that is this much fun to play thanks to the responsive controls. The only thing its missing is a chef battle multiplayer game, then it would have been perfect. But for now it more than worth a download for both fans of the genre and people new to VR.
