Description: Welcome to Shinrin-yoku Forest Therapy VR experience. Shinrin-yoku, or “Forest Bathing”, originated in the 1980s as a relaxation method and restorative healing practice in Japanese medicine. In this experience, you will be transported to a northwestern forest, surrounded by trees, plants, insects and animals. Take in the forest atmosphere and use the tools at your disposal, a stick and flashlight, to interact with the natural world around you, in day or night. Give it a try, it’s free!

Review: Shinrin-yoku: Forest Meditation and Relaxationis of course nothing to play as such, just something to explore and relax with. You start off in the middle of a forest that cycles day and night over several minutes. It looks great, sounds great and believe it or not it is…relaxing! But there is no guided meditation here, no other point other than a VR experience to enjoy making it perfect for someone new to VR. Why not give it a go yourself as it is 100% free. Many gamers are not going to enjoy it, but some of us will (myself included.)
