Description: Put the power of a full army – even dragons – at your fingertips in Skyworld, the award-winning VR wargame from the creators of Arizona Sunshine. In a place where worlds dot the sky like stars – worlds with cores of magic, old as time through very much alive – demons have spilt into the once-prosperous planets driven by a lust for their magical power. Starting out with a starter army, it’s up to you to embark on a royal campaign across all Skyworlds to deliver them from the darkness. Developed from the ground up for VR, Skyworld puts you at the helm of a kingdom at war. Build your forces right in the VR world, conquer all worlds, and wage war against friends online.
Review: I have a love/hate relationship with Skyworld. On the one hand, I love the great table-top strategy game graphics and the real-time battles that keep me enthralled, but then there is the hate relationship with the cards and turn-based gameplay that often left me feeling confused and deeply frustrated with the game. So the big question is, do I recommend it to anyone? I think the price is a big issue with that answer and while I do like it (at times) I would wait for it to be in a sale, or even better play a demo of it if they ever release one.
